About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned client projects — from intake brief through to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
You will work directly with our clients' hiring managers and our internal delivery team to understand role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and ensure we present exceptional candidate slates while meeting diversity and inclusion targets.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for 3-4 concurrent client engagements
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and direct sourcing
- Screen and interview candidates using structured competency-based methods Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS with proactive communication cadencesProvide regular recruiting metrics reports and market intelligence to clients
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across multiple functions: engineering, product, go-to-market, or operations Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platformsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working within a professional services or consulting environment
