1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Design.md website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Description
Design.md provides design, development, and strategy services to clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. Design.md retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access, and accurate information required for the successful completion of the project. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each service agreement. Late payments may result in project pauses and interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Design.md shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you pay for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
